What is Revelo?
Revelo connects software engineers in Latin America with companies in the United States. You apply once. When your profile is approved, you can get interview invitations.
Does Revelo charge candidates?
No. Your profile and our help getting hired are free. U.S. companies pay Revelo when they hire you.
Who can apply?
Software engineers who live in Latin America, with at least 3 years of experience. We place engineers across the region, including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador and Costa Rica. Some AI training projects aren't open in every country.
What level of English do I need?
Advanced or fluent English for full-time roles. You'll work directly with U.S. teams.
How does the process work?
Set up your free profile, which takes about 5 minutes. Then we check your skills and your English with a short async conversation and coding tests. After that, you apply to matched roles in one click, and we introduce you to the company. We also give you tips to prepare for your interviews.
How and when do I get paid?
You can take your pay in USD or in your local currency. A fee applies to local-currency payments. Full-time roles pay once a month. AI training work pays by the hour or by the task, based on the project.
Am I an employee or a contractor? What perks do I get?
You work as an independent contractor. You sign a service agreement with Revelo, and Revelo pays you on behalf of the U.S. company. Full-time roles can include perks like paid time off, coworking space, optional health coverage, and a dedicated Revelo contact. Perks vary by role, company, and country. AI training work doesn't include them.
Does a profile guarantee me a job?
No. An approved profile makes you eligible for roles that match your skills. The U.S. company decides who it hires.
Does Revelo sponsor visas or require relocation?
No. Every role is remote, and you work from your home country. You don't need to move or get a U.S. visa.
How do I know a message is really from Revelo?
Revelo never asks you to pay to apply or to get hired. If a message asks you for money or looks wrong, don't reply. Forward it to fraud@revelo.com.
