‍Frank Wittkampf, VP of Applied AI at Databook, faced the classic enterprise dilemma: moving beyond experimental AI "toys" to production systems for the Fortune 500. To scale Databook’s agentic platform, he bypassed Silicon Valley bidding wars to build a high-velocity squad of LatAm-based engineers who integrate directly into their technical culture.
