By tapping into Revelo’s network of 400,000+ vetted engineers, Harbor bypassed the noise of the open market to find time-zone aligned talent that delivers high-impact results. These engineers work directly for Harbor, while Revelo manages the payroll and compliance, providing an ongoing partnership that supports consistent delivery.
