He runs both platform and product engineering teams that own the full stack, from front end to operations, across hubs in San Francisco, Boston, Atlanta, and India.

His leadership approach centers on small wins and the emotional reality of change, not just the technical one. He's spent the last year pushing his teams to scale velocity across the entire software lifecycle rather than just the coding step, and to lean into ambiguity instead of waiting for it to clear. Originally from Italy and a University of Bologna grad, he does his clearest thinking on a bike.
